Product Description
Volnay 1er Cru Les 5 Climats 2021 by Domaine Michel Lafarge is a rare and refined Burgundy, blending five Premier Cru parcels from the esteemed Volnay appellation. Due to the historically low yields of 2021, Lafarge united these climats into a single cuvée — a first for the domaine — creating a wine of graceful intensity and layered complexity.
This biodynamic wine offers remarkable transparency, precision, and finesse. It’s a pure expression of Pinot Noir grown on limestone-rich soils, showing Volnay’s hallmark elegance and subtle power. Aged traditionally in oak barrels, it embodies the domaine’s commitment to authenticity and terroir-driven winemaking.
