Reblochon de Savoie is a classic alpine cheese from the Haute-Savoie region in the French Alps, protected by AOP (Appellation d’Origine Protégée) status. Traditionally made from raw or thermized cow’s milk, this cheese is gently washed and aged for at least 3 to 4 weeks, developing a thin orange-yellow rind and a supple, creamy interior. The 200g format is perfect for individual sales, cheese boards, or small-format cooking.
