Product Description
The 2023 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru “Les Pucelles” from Domaine Philippe Chavy is a benchmark expression of this legendary Premier Cru. Bordering Grand Cru Bâtard-Montrachet and Bienvenues-Bâtard-Montrachet, “Les Pucelles” is often considered the most elegant and complete of Puligny’s top vineyards, offering Grand Cru texture with Premier Cru focus.

From old vines in shallow limestone soils, this wine is crafted with utmost care—natural fermentation, long lees aging, and élevage in French oak barrels (30% new). Chavy’s minimalist, terroir-focused approach allows the purity, depth, and floral elegance of this great site to shine through.
