Parmigiano Reggiano is Italy’s most celebrated cheese—crafted from raw, partially skimmed cow’s milk and aged naturally for a minimum of 12 months, often extending to 24 or even 36 months. Produced exclusively in select provinces of Emilia-Romagna, it is DOP-certified and made using centuries-old artisanal methods:

  • Made with 100% cow’s milk, rennet, and salt—no additives
