Product Description

Grana Padano is a classic Italian cheese made from partially skimmed cow’s milk and aged in the Po River Valley, including Lombardy, Veneto, and Emilia-Romagna. It is DOP-certified and produced using traditional techniques dating back to the 12th century. Aged from 9 to over 20 months, Grana Padano offers a slightly milder, creamier profile than Parmigiano Reggiano, while still rich in character:

  • DOP-certified (Denominazione di Origine Protetta)

  • Made from semi-skimmed raw cow’s milk

  • Naturally aged and regularly turned during maturation

  • Firm, pale yellow texture with a natural rind
