Crafted by Burgundy’s biodynamic master Sylvain Pataille, this Marsannay Rouge 2023 comes from multiple organically farmed parcels across the Marsannay appellation, at the northern edge of the Côte de Nuits. This wine is a textbook Pinot Noir with tension, finesse, and soulful depth:

• Organic & biodynamic viticulture

• Native yeast fermentation with partial whole-cluster

• Aged in old oak barrels with minimal intervention

The result is a vibrant and aromatic red Burgundy with lift, structure, and unmistakable terroir character.
