Product Description
The 2023 ‘Clou 377’ from Domaine Boris Champy is a beautifully expressive Chardonnay from a high-altitude, windswept vineyard in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, located at 377 meters above sea level. The name “Clou” refers to a historic Burgundian term for a prized plot, and this wine certainly lives up to that heritage.
Organically and biodynamically farmed, and vinified with native yeasts and minimal intervention, ‘Clou 377’ is aged in a combination of stainless steel and older oak barrels. It’s a wine of finesse and energy—combining mountain freshness with creamy texture and deep mineral tension.
