Product Description
The 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté Doré ‘Sélection Massale’ from Domaine Boris Champy is a vibrant and terroir-focused expression of Burgundy’s historic white grape. This cuvée is made from massal-selected vines of the rare golden-skinned Aligoté Doré, known for its lower yields and richer aromatic profile compared to the more common Aligoté Vert.
Organically and biodynamically farmed high in the Hautes Côtes, the wine is vinified with native yeasts and aged in a combination of stainless steel and neutral barrels. It offers remarkable purity, energy, and mineral depth—an exceptional Aligoté that punches well above its appellation.
