Beaufort 18 Months is a traditional French mountain cheese from the Savoie region, made exclusively from raw milk of Tarentaise and Abondance cows grazing on alpine pastures. This AOP-certified cheese is aged for at least 18 months in cool, humid caves, developing a rich, dense paste and a signature concave rind formed by its unique mold. Known as the “Prince of Gruyères,” Beaufort is distinguished by its refined alpine flavor, natural complexity, and exceptional aging potential:
