G.D. Vajra Barolo DOCG Albe 2022 is a classic expression of traditional Barolo, crafted from 100% Nebbiolo grapes sourced from high-elevation vineyards around the Barolo appellation. The name “Albe” refers to the three sunrises that illuminate the vineyards each morning, reflecting the unique position and exposure of the estate’s vineyards.

This wine is a tribute to the historic Barolo style, combining elegance, freshness, and complexity. The grapes come from several carefully selected vineyards located between approximately 380 and 480 meters above sea level, benefiting from diverse exposures and mountain influences.

Following traditional winemaking practices, the wine undergoes a long maceration and is aged for 22 months in large Slavonian oak casks, preserving the purity of Nebbiolo while allowing the wine to develop its refined structure and aromatic complexity.
